1. Introduction to Norwegian: greetings, introductions, pronunciation and first basic expressions.
2. Introducing yourself: name, age, nationality, profession and personal information.
3. Pronunciation and the alphabet: letters, characteristic Norwegian sounds and pronunciation rules.
4. Numbers, days and time: numbers, age, dates, days of the week and telling the time.
5. First sentences: sentence structure, personal pronouns and the verb å være (to be).
6. Family and people: talking about your family, describing people and using simple adjectives.
7. Home and everyday life: objects, places, daily activities and essential vocabulary.
8. Food and shopping: ordering at a restaurant, shopping and using practical everyday expressions.
9. Travelling in Norway: directions, transport, places and communication in common travel situations.
10. Final review: conversation, practical exercises and review of the skills acquired during the course.
